I just REALIZED something..duhh...the main reason why Miskelley did not testify against his Buddies...if he Would, he would incriminate himself even more...so I am sure his Lawyer made sure he did not do that...cause maybe they were hoping to appeal. I mean I know there were many appeals but they probably hoped it would ho differently.

What never changes is Damien and Jason were there. Miskelley never said all of it was made up.
